What rewards can I offer?
Offer a dollar-off QR code discount, like $5 off the next visit, or a custom reward you describe, like a free appetizer. You can also send a survey without a reward.
How do guests redeem their reward?
The reward email includes a QR code. Your staff scan it with a phone signed in to RestPortal to see the reward and mark it redeemed. Discounts can be used all at once or over several visits.
Can I show survey responses on my website?
Yes. Paste one line of code where you want them to appear. You choose which questions show, and you can hide any response. Displayed responses are labeled as incentivized.
How is this different from review requests?
Review requests send guests to Google to leave a public review. Rewarded surveys collect feedback and testimonials on your own survey and reward guests for finishing. Google doesn't allow rewards for reviews, so the two are kept separate.
Will guests get reminders?
Yes. Choose up to three reminders and how many days apart they go out. Reminders stop as soon as the guest finishes.
