Our Story
Family-Owned, Houston Strong
Mike Alvarez was a licensed master plumber working for a big franchise when he got tired of hearing customers say they felt rushed and upsold. In 2009, he and his wife Dana started Ridgeline with one truck and a promise to treat every home like their own.
We added heating & air and electrical as our customers asked us to, hiring the best technicians we could find and training them our way. Today Ridgeline is a team of more than 40 people, but Mike and Dana still answer to every customer.
